It’s a pleasure that you found your way to my site #308 and therefore to my vacation home in Davos. Long time it has been a dream of mine having such a georgeous place to be. Now I can finally live this dream in Davos at the Bahnhofstrasse 10.

I renovated the flat with a lot of love and full enthusiasm! I hope, you feel as comfortable as I do and at best, you don’t want to leave again. Savour the fresh air of the alps, enjoy the lovely view of the mountains and let your thoughts flow through the magnificient surroundings. Relax, enjoy and come back at any time.

Apartment

The cozy 3-room apartment with balcony is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station - and about 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Davos. For a maximum of 4 people.

It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the next valley station. In the immediate vicinity there are also shops, cross-country trails, walking and hiking trails, bike trails, golf course and spa park with children's playground.

The 3-room apartment (62m2) is fully furnished and has a small children's room with cabins and a parent room with 2 beds. The living and dining room is bright and equipped with a dining table, a sofa and a TV including Netflix. The kitchen is open and has a burner stove, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. The whole apartment is equipped with wireless.

An underground parking space for a for a medium-sized car is included. The car park (located on a mobile platform) is suitable for vehicles of maximum 4.5m length, 1.8m width and 1.8m height.

An indoor pool with sauna is located in the house itself and can be used free of charge.

Children up to 12 years do not pay guest taxes

Final cleaning: CHF 120

The prices include VAT.
